All patient information is entered by authorized healthcare practice staff. Scheduletti does not collect patient information directly from patients.

3. SMS CONSENT AND DATA SHARING A2P REQUIREDScheduletti sends SMS messages on behalf of healthcare practices for appointment-related communications only. The following terms govern our SMS program: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. All above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted solely for the purpose of operating the SMS service.
4. SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION A2P REQUIRED
Scheduletti operates an appointment notification SMS program on behalf of enrolled healthcare practices. Message types include:
Appointment confirmation messages
Appointment reminder messages
Rescheduling and cancellation notifications

5. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS A2P REQUIRED
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Scheduletti at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resubscribe, reply START or contact the healthcare practice directly to update your communication preferences.
