TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scheduletti medical appointment scheduling platform ("Service"), operated by Altitude Bridge Systems ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Scheduletti, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Scheduletti is a secure, cloud-based scheduling and appointment management platform designed exclusively for healthcare practices. The Service enables authorized medical staff to: Book and manage patient appointments internally

Maintain a centralized scheduling calendar across providers Send transactional SMS appointment confirmations and reminders to patients

Track appointment history and patient communication logs

📋 Scheduletti is an internal tool for healthcare practice staff. It is not a patient-facing application and does not offer marketing, promotional, or sales messaging services of any kind.

2. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM TERMS A2P REQUIRED

By enrolling in Scheduletti's SMS notification program, the healthcare practice agrees to the following:

Program Name: Scheduletti Appointment Notifications

Message Types: Appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, and cancellation

alerts — transactional only

Message Frequency: Varies based on appointment volume

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients

Opt-Out: Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe

Help: Recipients may reply HELP or contact [email protected]

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

Scheduletti is available exclusively to licensed healthcare practices and their authorized staff. By using the

Service, you represent that:You are authorized to act on behalf of the healthcare practice

All patient information entered is obtained with appropriate consent

You will use the platform solely for legitimate appointment scheduling purposes

You will not use the platform to send unsolicited, marketing, or promotional messages

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Scheduletti only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You must not:

Use the platform to send marketing, promotional, or sales messages

Share access credentials with unauthorized personnel

Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with other users' data

Use the platform in any way that violates HIPAA, TCPA, or applicable privacy laws

Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent

5. PATIENT DATA AND HIPAA-CONSCIOUS PRACTICES

Scheduletti is designed with patient privacy as a core principle. The platform:

Does not store protected health information (PHI) beyond what is necessary for scheduling

Uses encrypted, secure cloud infrastructure for all data

Restricts data access to authorized staff through role-based access controls

Does not use patient data for any commercial, marketing, or analytical purpose

Healthcare practices are responsible for ensuring their use of Scheduletti complies with all applicable HIPAA

obligations. Scheduletti provides a HIPAA-conscious platform but does not serve as a covered entity's

Business Associate unless a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH A2P 10DLC REQUIREMENTS

All SMS messaging conducted through Scheduletti complies with A2P 10DLC carrier registration

requirements. Healthcare practices agree to:

Obtain proper patient consent before adding phone numbers to the system

Use the SMS function solely for transactional appointment communications

Honor all opt-out requests promptly

Not send any content that violates SHAFT guidelines (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) or any carrier

content policies

⚠ Important: Misuse of the SMS platform, including sending prohibited content or unsolicited

messages, may result in carrier fines, account suspension, and legal liability. T-Mobile Sev-0 fines for

prohibited A2P traffic start at $2,000 per violation.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Scheduletti maintains a 99% uptime target. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability

of the Service, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be

communicated in advance where possible.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, software, and features of the Scheduletti platform are the property of Altitude Bridge

Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or

reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude Bridge Systems shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scheduletti, including but not limited

to loss of data, missed appointments, or SMS delivery failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount

paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altitude Bridge Systems and its officers, employees, and agents

from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms,

or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Scheduletti at any time for violations of these

Terms, applicable law, or carrier messaging policies, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to

use the Service ceases immediately.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify enrolled practices of material changes via email.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law

provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, New York.
